Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a pool cost?

The cost to build a pool will vary widely depending on a few factors: fiberglass vs. vinyl, size, depth, accessories, the cost to prepare the site, and more. In general, you can expect to pay anywhere from $60-$100k for a new pool. For a more specific estimate, take our quiz above or contact us to discuss your needs.

How long does it take to get my pool installed?

Because a pool installation takes place outdoors, the weather and the time of year can drastically impact the installation time. Other factors like product supply, current demand, and schedules can also affect the pool installation. Typically, we book a year in advance. We always do our best to accommodate your desired pool opening date.

How much do chemicals and maintenance cost per year?

You’ll need different amounts and types of chemicals based on the number of people using your pool, the temperature, and the weather. As a general range, you may pay $1500+ per year on chemicals and pool maintenance.

Is a salt-water pool better than a chlorine pool?

Salt-water pools offer a “set it and forget it” convenience, but the end result is the same. Whether you add chemical chlorine to the pool or use a salt cell chlorine generator to extract chlorine from the salt, your pool will stay sanitized. It all depends on your needs and preferences, so we’re happy to help talk through the options with you.
